At Ultimate Globes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your world globe. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via email or phone to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack Your Item
Carefully repackage the globe in its original factory packaging, including all inserts, manuals, and accessories to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable shipping carrier of your choice.
Receive Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item and confirms it is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
