How are your globes shipped to ensure they don't break?
We use specialized reinforced packaging and custom-fit foam inserts for every shipment. Larger floor globes are often crated or double-boxed to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do your globes feature up-to-date cartography?
Yes, we pride ourselves on offering the most current maps available. Our manufacturers regularly update political boundaries and place names to reflect the most recent geopolitical changes.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your globe arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Do illuminated globes require a special battery?
Most of our illuminated models use a standard internal LED bulb and a power cord for wall outlets. Some smaller decorative models may use AA batteries, which will be specified in the product description.
Can I request a custom-engraved plaque for a gift?
Absolutely. Many of our wooden floor stands and desk bases can be fitted with a custom brass or silver plaque. You can add your personalized message during the checkout process.
What is the difference between a raised relief and a smooth globe?
Raised relief globes feature small tactile ridges to represent mountain ranges and elevation changes. Smooth globes have a completely even surface, which is often preferred for high-detail cartography.
